I think, If your blog is living without so many links, all you have to do to make your blog survive in SEO is keep updating it because google usually give more weight to fresh content. Do you agree? Or maybe you have another arguments? Let’s just give it a Test.

First is the Busby SEO Test by Ayaw, also known as The Sky. His is a newbie blogger but his blog is currently in TOP 10 Position of Google Search. He is really Indonesian, I see his blog is themed with the Indonesian Flag Red and White colors. I like his blog’s sidebar too. It’s fun dude.

Then There are Ardhi Indie on Position 11th, I see he’s trying to get into the first page. I hope this support will make him get in there. Ardhi is joining the previous Busby SEO Challenge too. I’m sure he will do better

Then, There’re Ian Imaru. A Guy who like Coffee so much also in TOP 20. He ever get top ten position too, but his position is dropped and now, he’s slowly get back to seventeenth. His contest blog looks very simple but it’s well optimized. It’s simple but powerful. I like it

This is what I do to on-page optimize my contest blog

1. Change more relevant anchor text
2. Add Nofollow relation to certain links that have irrelevant anchor text
3. Increasing Keywords density
4. Edit and removing broken links
5. Follow the Google Webmaster Guidelines. It’s a very nice guide.

Sure, I’m really happy with this result. It’s very excellent result for a newbie like me. This result really boost my spirit again in this Busby SEO Test contest. I hope I can raise my position again slowly. I think I can do it because I’m very Interested and I think I will spend more my time in this Busby SEO Contest. This is really fun guys.

Finally, thanks to Busby Web Solutions that have made this interesting SEO contest. I regret I don’t join the previous busby seo challenge, but this time I won’t waste this. This is contest is very good way to increase my SEO skills. Although I realize I can’t win this contest, but I’ll do the best thing I can do to learn and optimize this site.

I just do the usual thing that every SEO newbie did like Submitting some of my content to Social Bookmarking and submit this Busby SEO Test RSS to many rss aggregator. Does submitting to these types of web (Blog Directory, Web Directory, Aggregator,  Social Networks, Social Bookmarks, Link Directory, etc) is no more good for Search Engine Optimization again?

Did google has increased algorithm again? If yes, then looks like the SEO efforts is getting harder again day by day and the quality links is getting harder to get. We must build very quality content to get many quality and natural links.

Besides that, I think about the useless post I’ve made before. Did those posts have responsible to my position drops recently? Did google know about that posts? I don’t think so. I’m sure Google won’t manually ranks millions of pages that they index every hours and every day. They can’t do that manually. Google is getting smarter? I’m confused…

Besides that, It will hurt SEO because the content will be considered as the duplicate content. I hope this situation won’t last for long time. I will get something to write again

Oh yeah, after joining busby SEO contest, I found out that many are from Indonesia. We appear almost in all pages of google. Will the second SEO world cup will come to Indonesia again? Let’s wait and see

I actually don’t know what to write here because I’m really don’t know what is Busby about. I dont have a friend named busby so I can tell his story here. I must do this SEO Test, because the keyword is that.

Well, this is my first contest because the previous kabonfootprint was cancelled by the poor management. Lucky… the Busby SEO Test is out there to replace it. I knew, it’s more fun because the prize money is bigger I see this SEO Test event will also bigger than ever. Many participants is comming.
